SONGWRITER FUND
The SONA Foundation is providing emergency grants to support songwriters and composers affected by the Palisades, Eaton, and related January 2025 Los Angeles Fires.
Backline
Backline has partnered with Sweet Relief to offer one-time $500 grants to cover the costs of your therapy. You can apply for that grant here. Connect with their Case Managers who can create care plans, including referrals to vetted providers.
MusiCares
If you are in need of support, reach out to MusiCares, now and in the weeks to come for emergency funds related to evacuation and relocation costs, instrument replacement/repair, home damage, medical care, mental health services, & other essential living needs. Sweet Relief Musicians Fund
Providing immediate financial assistance to music industry professionals impacted by natural disasters. Applications will be taken during a short stretch of time surrounding the disaster, and donations are always welcome.
Fender
If you have lost an instrument or gear, Fender will respond and help replenish requests to the best of their abilities.
Guitar Center Foundation
If you are a musician or a music program based in the LA-area affected by the fires, please read below and click on APPLY NOW at the bottom. Requests will be accepted now through Feb. 28, 2025.
The Guitar Center Music Foundation and Guitar Center are supporting those affected by the fires in Los Angeles with a special one-time grant replacing instruments and gear destroyed by the fires. We do not offer cash – the grant will only replace instruments and/or gear. Proof of loss or address may be required.

Financial assistance is available for musicians who have suffered major losses as a result of hurricanes or natural disasters.
We Are Moving the Needle
Supporting “early and mid-career producers, engineers, and creators who have lost studio space or gear” in the wildfires, We Are Moving The Needle is providing Wildfire Relief microgrants.
Jazz Foundation of America
Helping musicians rebuild their homes and restore their lives after hurricanes, floods, and other catastrophes.
Entertainment Community Fund
The Entertainment Community Fund is offering immediate financial assistance to performing artist and entertainment professionals who are unable to pay their immediate basic living expenses such as housing, food, utility bills or health care. Eligibility requires earning at least $10K/year for 3 of the past 6 years. You can learn more and apply here.

The 100 Percenters are providing immediate financial assistance for housing, transportation, and essentials; rebuilding; and mental health support.
Newport Festivals Foundation

Emergency RV
EmergencyRV provides urgently needed shelter to first responders and victims of wildfires or other natural disasters, and also has provided RVs for working musicians dependent on touring.
